Refunds & cancellations
1. General Policy

We aim to provide safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments and excellent client care. By booking an appointment or purchasing a pre-paid treatment or package, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Refunds
2.1 Treatments & Services
We do not offer refunds for completed treatments, including laser hair removal, injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), skin treatments, or any other aesthetic services. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed; lack of expected results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
2.2 Pre-Paid Treatments & Packages

Pre-paid treatments and packages may be refunded in full if the refund is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Refund requests must be made via email or phone directly to the clinic.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, arrive late, or fail to attend:

A refund cannot be issued, and
-
The treatment will either be forfeited or charged in full depending on your booking type.
2.3 Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and medical-grade products are non-refundable once purchased.
3. Adverse Reactions
If you experience any reaction following a treatment or product use, please contact the clinic immediately.
A practitioner will review your concern and may provide an alternative treatment, follow-up, or other resolution if clinically appropriate.
Refunds are not issued for adverse reactions unless required by law.
4. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
​4.1 Notice Period
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

4.2 Cancellations Within 48 Hours / No-Shows
If you cancel within 48 hours, do not attend, or arrive too late for your appointment:

Your pre-paid session will be deducted, or
-
Your deposit or treatment fee will be retained, depending on the booking.
4.3 Illness & Emergency
If you become unwell or experience an emergency within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Consideration may be given at management discretion.
5. Transfers
Treatments, packages, and deposits are non-transferable to another person or to a different treatment area once purchased.
6. Medical Suitability
If you are found medically unsuitable before starting a treatment, you may request a refund or choose an alternative service.
If medical suitability changes after a course has begun, unused sessions may be converted to alternative treatments at management discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under consumer law.
